Old Town: 3/27/16
Jaclyn is a badass. We traveled to Old Town this morning to take her survivor—it was killer. I am taking it upon myself to name her rock and roll queen of SoulCycle, her playlist joined everyone together in head banging and cheers. The 60 minutes flew by, I was so sad when class was over.
It was an exciting way to end my Chicago tour, Jaclyn has the most eclectic group of riders and the atmosphere was incredible. I rode next to my sisters and throughout class everyone gave each other high fives. We all supported one another. Jaclyn instructed us to stop thinking and just ride, just scream it out. The whole room was cheering and I had the biggest smile on my face.We started the day in such a fun environment, of course the fun had to continue. Doodle’s Doughnuts was next on our list. I don’t feel the need to say anything more about my love for doughnuts, but just know how excited I was. At Doodle’s you get to order a white iced doughnut and decorate it with piping bags. It was beautifully delicious.
Next, we headed over to walk along Lake Michigan. It was spectacular. This city just gets prettier and prettier. It was so much fun being with my sisters and Soeuraya this weekend. I was just hit with reality that I head back to school tonight, but that means I get to begin going to every instructor in Florida!
