I’ve been called many things, obsessed, dedicated, a cult member, passionate, crazy, and so on. I guess I have to be all these things to want to travel and ride at all the SoulCycle studios in the country.

I began riding at SoulCycle June 2015. The day I stepped into my first class was the same day my life was turned around. Maybe this comes off as silly, coming from an eighteen year old, but I haven’t been the same.Chloe Glenn Eat Pray Soul Photo Shoot - photo by Andrew Werner, AHW_2484

Something people ask me is, “why are you  doing this?” The truth is, I’m not trying to get anything specific out of this tour. Growing up, I was diagnosed with illnesses and ultimately ended up with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. I didn’t have the luxury of doing whatever physical activity I wanted. I was glued to a pair of crutches for my wobbly legs. Clipping into a bike is everything. I feel the most secure and able when I’m on the bike. Now I am fighting against a disease that is supposed to limit me and I feel unstoppable.

There is so much to learn from each class you take, Soul is so much more than an exercise class. I have learned to dance on a bike but I have also learned how to love who I am.

So here I am, beginning my journey to all the studios across the country, convincing my parents how I can use the project towards school credit, and loving every second of it.

I’m excited to share my adventures and for you to come along for the ride!
